Job Description
We're seeking a creative and talented design team leader to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for leading team from 3 designers , as well as designing eye-catching visuals for a variety of purposes as well as creating engaging and informative video content, including.
Job Responsibilities
- ERP Systems: Explain complex functionalities and workflows within Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Technology Projects: Bring tech concepts to life through clear and concise visuals
- Websites & Applications: Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are both beautiful and functional
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Design user interfaces, user experiences, and other visual assets
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Motivate team members and monitoring team performance and report on metrics
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Experience in design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A strong understanding of visual storytelling principles
- The ability to translate technical information into clear and engaging visuals
- Experience working with ERP systems, technology projects, or web development (a plus!)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A creative and results-oriented mindset
