About the Job :
The role holder will be responsible for Handle urgent situations and provide solutions in a timely manner, particularly during peak travel seasons and Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and manage a team of travel agents.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance performance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and IT, to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support company objectives.
- Handle urgent situations and provide solutions in a timely manner, particularly during peak travel seasons.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and processes.
- Prepare regular reports on teams’ performance, KPIs Metrics and Customer Satifaction.
Profile Requirements
- Experience of 5+ Years in
- Maximum Age 35
- Excellent knowledge of key destinations
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of online portals would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good in writing/speaking in English
