Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based, where we have a sweet office near the Boulevard.
What you will do
As a Head of Delivery you will be managing delivery teams, driving operational excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships. We're looking for a Head of Delivery to join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of our projects.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects including planning, execution and collection.
- NGOs Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact, and working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive solutions.
- Team Management & Development: Guide and mentor Noon team members, to effectively deliver the project.
- Problem Solving & Strategic Planning: Analyze business challenges, and develop actionable strategies and solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in delivery management / consulting / operation management
- Proven track record of managing and engaging with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills in managing high-performing teams
- Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Ability to implement and optimize processes for consistent success
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
