Head Of Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Marketing with a strong focus on social media to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy with a primary focus on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality, engaging content for social media channels that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals
  • Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven marketing tactics
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to digital marketing and social media

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on social media
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and business results
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus
