Salla is excited to announce an opening for the Junior Financial Planning and Analysis - Tamheer program. This opportunity targets recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in financial planning and analysis within a thriving e-commerce and technology company.
As a part of the Tamheer program, you will work closely with our financial planning team to develop your skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while contributing to Salla's financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports to track performance against targets.
- Analyze financial results to identify trends, variances, and key insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis projects as needed
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Support the team in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.
- Assist in preparing financial models to project revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Help track and update key financial metrics monthly.
- Data Collection & Reconciliation:
- Work with the data and finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Reconcile financial data to support reliable and accurate reporting.
- Contribute to streamlining data processes and improving reporting efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and insights.
- Support FP&A initiatives that require cross-departmental communication and data sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with financial principles and concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
