Key Accountabilities
- Research and maintain a Lead Generation database from different sources, e.g., Marketing Websites.
- Analyze lead data to determine whether it meets our company's ideal customer profile.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Engage with leads through various channels, i.e., phone, email, social media.
- Evaluate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate product.
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives.
- Report to the Business Development Manager on qualification results.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Enterprise sector.
- Familiar with B2B sales.
- Knowledge of ERP systems. (No technical knowledge required)
- Knowledge of CRMs use. (No technical knowledge required)
- Advanced communication, personal, and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking.
- Presentation skills.
- Organizational skills.
- English language proficiency.
- MS Office.
- Internet research, emailing, and typing.
