The Procurement Specialist will oversee and optimize the procurement process, manage transactional procurement operations, and supervise tactic-level purchases across various procurement categories. This role demands sharp attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a solid grasp of procurement principles in fast-paced SaaS environments.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with local suppliers/vendors capable of providing goods and services required by the organization
- Generate, monitor, and track purchase orders for approved requisitions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
- Negotiate competitive prices with local suppliers/vendors to achieve cost savings and improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain and update procurement records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Rewaa’s policies.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
- Performs additional tasks as requested by the immediate manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Riyadh base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a local or regional context.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
