The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process for marketing-related requests, ensuring that the marketing team has the necessary resources to execute campaigns effectively. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with organizational procurement policies.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage Marketing Procurement Requests: evaluate, process, and prioritize procurement requests from the marketing team, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Supplier Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, assess supplier performance, and resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Cost Analysis and Budget Management: conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and assist in the preparation and management of the marketing procurement budget.
- Compliance and Documentation: ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand their needs and provide support in sourcing materials, promotional items, and services.
- Maintain and update procurement records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Rewaa’s policies.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
- Performs additional tasks as requested by the immediate manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Riyadh base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
