Job Description
Resal is seeking a dedicated and strategic Product Owner to join our product team. We are on a mission to enhance digital payment alternatives through innovative value and rewards solutions, and we’re looking for someone who can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings.
About the Role:
The Product Owner will work alongside Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate our product vision into actionable strategies. This role involves managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and ensuring that our products meet market demands and exceed user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and key stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and roadmap.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories that guide development.
- Partner with development teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Act as the customer’s advocate, ensuring our solutions are user-centered and impactful.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within tech or digital products.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and product lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams.
- A passion for digital innovation and delivering value to users.
