Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email templates, website banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Present design concepts and ideas to the team and stakeholders.
- Provide constructive feedback to other designers and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's design capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
