About the Job:
The role holder will be responsible for handling: -
- Revenue Analysis: Monitor and analyze revenue streams; identify trends and discrepancies & manage the disputes between cost & sales reconciliation for all SBUs, also deliver the disputes successfully with the AP team.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of financial data through audits and reconciliations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on revenue performance and insights into smooth weekly/monthly management reporting timelines with a high commitment for the day-to-day closure activities & reporting to line managers.
- Collaboration: Work with FFT, CS, sales and finance teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential revenue risks; develop mitigation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence of the revenue assurance to internal policies and external regulations also to meet the company goals.
- Technology Utilization: Use financial tools for tracking and reporting; stay updated on industry trends.
Profile Requirements:
- Very good command of English language/MS office proficiency.
- Outstanding verbal and writing communication skills.
- High sense of ownership & focusing on customer value.
- Analytical & organizational skills.
- Excellent set of interpersonal skills (Teamwork - Time Management - Attention to Details - Flexibility – Multitasking – Problem solving – Negotiation - Results focused “Achiever”).
- 1 year of experience in AR & OTC activities.
- Understanding of the BSP & air tickets transactions/tourism/hospitality industry is preferred
