OVERVIEW
Salla, a leading provider of information technology and services, is currently seeking a talented Senior Scrum Master to join our team. As the Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects using Agile methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure agile practices are well applied.
A successful candidate will have experience leading Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodology.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist the Product manager in their role.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, helping them understand and embrace their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
- Operational Efficiency: Work hand-in-hand with the team to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and keep things moving smoothly.
- Process Management: Maintain and monitor the team's processes, ensuring effective implementation and identifying areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide insights through report extraction on tasks, rotations, and overall project performance. Make data your guide
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Requirements
- 5+ years a year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Experience with scaled agility, with knowledge of SAFe being advantageous.
- Familiarity with both traditional and agile projects and process methodologies, both theoretically and practically.
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- High level of communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Scrum master certification is a plus
