Job Description
As a Senior System Analyst , you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our software products. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into detailed system requirements, and creating SRS documents that guide our development teams. Your work will ensure that our software solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- SRS & UML & BPMN skills
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and SRS documents
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for new projects or enhancements to existing systems
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and data models to support system requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure understanding and implementation of the requirements
- Participate in design reviews and provide input based on system requirements
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to requirements and specifications
- Ensure that the final SRS documents are complete, clear, and free of ambiguities
- Maintain and update SRS documents as project requirements evolve
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in system analysis and requirements documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis and requirements gathering
- Proven experience in creating comprehensive SRS documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and documentation tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
