About the Role:

We’re looking for a Partnership Specialist to lead and execute strategic partnerships that drive Almosafer’s business forward. This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage high-profile partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, working with key sectors like government tourism boards, banks, e-commerce platforms, and loyalty programs. You’ll combine strong business acumen with a sharp analytical mindset to develop and manage partnerships that deliver significant value for both Almosafer and our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships with key players, including destination management organizations, tourism boards, banks, and e-commerce platforms
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers to create lasting value for Almosafer and its partners.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, leveraging market insights to stay ahead of trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to track performance, optimize strategies, and ensure measurable impact on the business.
  • Develop comprehensive partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases to support new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, finance, product, and data—to ensure smooth execution and alignment of partnership goals with Almosafer’s broader business strategy
  • Negotiate complex, high-value agreements that balance short-term wins with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Monitor market performance and partner success, providing actionable insights to enhance profitability and drive results.
  • Represent Almosafer at industry events and conferences, positioning the brand as a leader in travel partnerships.
  • Ensure all partnerships adhere to legal, financial, and compliance standards, mitigating risks.

Profile Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in managing strategic business partnerships, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing performance
  • Proven success in leading negotiations and closing complex deals with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia and the GCC markets is essential
  • Commercially minded with a passion for driving business growth and innovation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for travel and partnerships.
