Remote Pre Sales Engineer & Support
Job Responsibilities
- Gathers information for pre-investigation and analyzes requirements online
- Estimates & do a proper sizing of the customer's requirements based on the pre-investigation and, if required, with the assistance of a third-party technical or functional team
- Studies the requirements & RFQ to prepare the technical scope of work SOW and align with the Sales team for the costing of the proposed solution
- Responds to customer questions & explains the proposed design & solution
- Managing the required online meetings and go over the proposed design & solution and highlighting the advantages over competitors’ solutions
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors that enable us to achieve and maintain a competitive position in the market
- Coordinate & communicate with Sales & Operation teams to gather insights and information on various aspects such as customer needs and project challenges that can add
value to our solutions & proposals over others
- Replying to customer technical inquiries
- Following up with customers to ensure the issues are resolved
- Proactive action with our loyal clients ensures we offer them added-value services
- Testing and evaluating modern technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites apps professionally
- Good with computer programs & MS Excel
- Time & task management
- Ability to work under pressure with team members
- Effective communication skills
- Focus and pay attention to the details and maintain the accuracy and organization of information
- The ability to organize assigned tasks via company applications
- Good in English (Writing, Speaking & Reading)
Job Benefits
- Full Time working from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Weekend Friday and we have weekly meetings on Saturday
- Internal system to make phone calls to customers & suppliers
- Salary to be discussed and determined after the first interview
