Job Description
Work closely with engineering teams to tackle system design challenges.
Coordinate with outsourced software engineers to ensure adherence to code quality standards.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews and maintain documentation of system architecture.
Assist in requirement assessments and estimate delivery timelines.
Participate in the recruitment process and conduct technical interviews.
Provide regular reports on team status and system updates to the CTO.
Expertise in Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is crucial.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong background in software architecture and system design.
- Experience with CQRS and DDD methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing code quality in collaborative environments.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in interviewing and assessing technical candidates.
